Week one is the audit. If you’re already running ads, we go through your account to find where the budget is leaking: search terms you shouldn’t be paying for, missing negative keywords, broken tracking, and landing pages that don’t convert. If you’re starting fresh, we research the searches your buyers actually use and what competitors are bidding on.
Weeks two and three are the build. Conversion and call tracking, campaign structure, ad copy, and a landing page for each campaign.
Week four, campaigns go live and optimization starts. The first few weeks are a learning period while Google gathers data. We review search terms and performance weekly, and we report on calls, forms, and cost per lead, not just clicks.
Start with ownership. Your Google Ads account should be in your name, with your billing, and you should have full access to it at all times. If an agency keeps the account, they keep your data when you leave. With us, the account is always yours.
Then ask what they report. Clicks and impressions are easy to inflate. Calls, booked appointments, and cost per lead are harder to fake, and they’re what we report.
The last check is the search terms report. Ask to see what people actually typed before clicking your ads. If an agency can’t show you, or won’t, you don’t know what you’re paying for.
Faster than SEO, but not overnight. Ads can start generating clicks the day they launch, but the first few weeks are a learning period while Google gathers conversion data and we cut the searches that don’t produce leads.
Most accounts see cost per lead start to improve in the second and third months, as the data builds and the landing pages are refined. From there, ongoing testing keeps improving the results.
We don’t guarantee a number of leads or a cost per lead. Anyone who does is guessing with your money, because results depend on your market, your offer, and how your team handles the inquiries.
Yes, because the biggest budget doesn’t win the auction by itself. Google weighs how relevant your ad and landing page are, so a focused, well-built campaign can win better positions for less than a competitor spending more on generic ads.
The other advantage is focus. A competitor bidding on every broad term burns budget on searches that rarely convert. A tightly built campaign concentrates your budget on the specific services, areas, and high-intent searches that produce clients.
Our Google Ads and SEO work for an event decor company produced 350% more conversions, and sales doubled in the first month.
Our Google Ads management starts at $1,000 per month for up to $5,000 in monthly ad spend, and scales with ad spend and landing page production. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, separate from our fee.
You’re paying for the work that decides whether that spend produces clients: tracking, keyword and negative keyword management, ad testing, landing pages, and weekly optimization. Much of the value is in what we stop you from paying for.
Where you land exactly depends on how many services and areas you advertise, how competitive your market is, and whether you need new landing pages built.
Then we’ll tell you on the first call, before you’ve spent anything.
Some businesses are better served by fixing their website or reviews first, or by building SEO for the searches where ads are too expensive to be profitable. An agency that only sells ads will always find that you need ads. We’d rather point you to what will actually move your business and keep the relationship.
